Mapishi – King Fish wa Kukaanga

Mahitaji
1. Samaki aina ya kingfish
2. Unga wa ngano 1/4kg
3. Chumvi
4. Mafuta ya kupikia
Matayarisho
1. Safisha samaki na kata kata vipande vidogo kwa kadiri unavyopendelea.
2. Weka chumvi kwenye kila kipande kisha unyunyuzie unga wa ngano kukifunika kabisa. Fanya hivyo kwa vipande vyote.
3. Weka mafuta kwenye kikaango na yakisha chemka weka samaki wako. Acha upande mmoja uive na geuza upande mwingine.
4. Epua tayari kwa kula.
Unaweza kula wakiwa wamekaangwa tu au unaweza kuunga kwa nazi baada ya kumaliza kukaanga. Uchaguzi ni wako.
